Hot Wire Foam Cutters
The Coner Hot Wire Foam Cutter (ThermoCut) is a computer-controlled Hot Wire Foam Cutter which uses a heated wire to cut shapes in materials such as Styrofoam, Styrodur, polyurethane foam. Digitally controlled operation of the cutting device ensures the highest precision of the shapes produced.

Foam CNC Routers
The Coner Foam CNC Router (MCut) is a computer-driven milling cutter for cutting, engraving and drilling in vinyl, organic glass, Bakelite, wood and soft metals such as brass or aluminum. The digitally-controlled milling system, with its high-precision drives and zero backlash helical gears, ensure unparalleled accuracy in the shape-cutting process.
The Foam Profiles Coating Machine
We have the ultimate coating system, and it has an automatic electronic feed system that will coat foam shapes with or without a fiber mesh. The result is accurate coating with the added advantage of quick setup. Just install your template pattern, adjust the foam profile width and input speed, fill the hopper (which adjusts to hold templates from 2" to 36") and place in your foam for cutting.
Thermal Compass Cutters
Thermal cutters available today can create 3D shapes from many materials. However, when used to cut curved shapes at a given radius, the cutting element leaves visible marks in the material. To solve this problem, we introduced the RotoCut Thermal Compass Cutter.

CNC Stone Engraver
The Coner CNC Stone Router consists of a 36" x 36" aluminum table with a 30-degree tilt. Quality step motors drive the worm gears, which control the XYZ axis movements. The capabilities of this machine include USB communication, a maximum working speed of 1000 mm per minute and a maximum placing speed of 2000 mm per minute. This CNC Router recognizes movements of 1/75 inch wide and has positioning accuracy 0.1mm.
